Hey Y’all — Welcome to Our Crazy Little Creative Family
Hand N’ Hand Family Creations started with an idea.
Not a fancy business plan. Not a boardroom meeting. And definitely not because we had too much free time — we have four kids, so let’s be serious. 😂
It started with one simple question:
What could we do together as a family that would teach our children things they may not always learn sitting behind a desk?
We wanted them to learn that creativity doesn’t have rules. That it’s okay to think differently, try something new, mess it up, laugh about it, and try again.
Most importantly, we wanted them to learn that hard work, dedication, and a little stubborn determination really do pay off.
And somewhere between that idea, a whole lot of creativity, probably a little chaos, and plenty of “Hey, what if we made THIS?” moments...
Hand N’ Hand Family Creations was born.
Meet the Crew
Hey y’all! I’m Shannon — a disabled veteran, wife, mom, nana, creator, and the woman behind a whole lot of the designs around here, wink, wink.
My husband, Michael, is my partner in life, business, and whatever crazy project somebody decides we absolutely have to try next.
Then there are our four beautiful, talented, creative kids, who each bring their own personalities, ideas, talents, and occasional opinions — whether we asked for them or not. 😉
Put all six of us together and you get:

Around Here, Everybody Has a Hand in It
Every member of our family brings something different to the table.
You might find Dad covered in sawdust working on a woodworking project or tinkering with one of the 3D printers.
Mom might be designing the next T-shirt, creating a tumbler, working with the laser, or staring at a computer saying, “Okay... hear me out. I have an idea.”
And yes, those words have started more projects around here than we'd probably like to admit.
Our kids get to dream up ideas, learn new equipment and skills, help create products, and discover what happens when you take something that only existed in your imagination and actually make it real.
Sometimes it turns out amazing.
Sometimes we go back to the drawing board.
And sometimes we all stare at it and say...
“Well, we definitely learned something.” 😂
But that's the point.
We're Raising Creators, Not Perfectionists
We don't expect perfection around here.
We want our children to have the courage to try.
We want them to know their ideas matter — even the weird ones.
Especially the weird ones.
We want them to learn that mistakes aren't failures. They're usually just the slightly annoying part that comes before figuring out how to do something better.
They're learning creativity, responsibility, patience, problem-solving, teamwork, dedication, and what it feels like to work hard for something they're proud of.
Those are lessons we hope they'll carry with them long after they've grown up and moved out...
Although Mom isn't quite ready to discuss that last part yet.

We're a real family.
A sometimes loud, occasionally chaotic, always creative family.
Behind your order might be a computer designing, a laser engraving, a 3D printer humming away, a heat press doing its thing, sawdust flying, somebody looking for the tool they literally just had, and at least one person asking:
“Who's hungry?”
It's not always picture-perfect.
But it's ours.
And we wouldn't have it any other way.
Every purchase helps us continue doing what we originally set out to do — create together, learn together, work together, and build something our children can be proud to say they were a part of.
