Custom & Personalized Items
- Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Please carefully review all customization details, including names, dates, colors, and spelling, before submitting your order.
Non-Custom Items
- Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly review and resolve the issue.
- Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Jewelry Returns
- For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, jewelry items may not be returned once worn.
- Defective or damaged jewelry received upon delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
- Once production starts, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
